RETURNS
To be eligible for a return and full refund,

- Product is unusable due to a defect not described in the product description(as we deal with used/secondhand fishing gears)
- Your item must be unused after opening package and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
- Please email us at “support@best-tackle-japan.com” within 7 days of receipt of the product. The count of days starts from the day you receive according the tracking record of the delivery vendor.
We may not garantee the acceptance of your returns after it has passed more than 7 days.
Please note that,
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned and refunded.
- Junk items cannot be returned and refunded.
- It is not possible to exchange because we deal with used/secondhand fishing gears, meaning that we do not necessarily stock the same alternative product.
RETURN PROCESS
Please email customer service at support@best-tackle-japan.com at first, reporting following information.
- Order ID
You can check it by order receive confirmation email, or Orders history under My account page of our webstore if you have account. - any problem you face regarding the product you receive(if any).
If return is due to a defect not described in the product description, we pay for your returning shipping cost.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return, we will process your refund via PayPal. Please allow us about 1 to 3 business days from the receipt of your item to process your refund.
Refund may take few more days to appear on your PayPal statement. Once refund process is finished by PayPal, you will be notified via email from PayPal and also from our webstore, so please confirm the completion of refund by its notification.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returning product to be delivered back to us may vary.
